Originally from Port Glasgow, Heather studied in Edinburgh for a Masters in Health and Exercise Science. She then had further studies in the U.S. and California which included Physical Therapy. Heather has focussed on Myofascial Release in recent years. Heather has 20 years experience in Injury rehab and exercise science, and has worked in Germany and South of England.
Heather became interested in Injury rehab and back pain Issues due to her own experiences. Heather was born in Johnstone and has lived in Scotland for most of her adult life, having worked and presented in Europe for 8 years.
